Your process and most employees I have dealt w on (now 7 attempts to recover diverted and/or stolen Retirement benefits necessary to live on) is outrageously unresponsive and there appears to be no remedy. The SSA Inspector General's job should be (as for other agencies) investigating you, not beneficiary fraud (that is a job for the US attorney)..
We need to make it known on the homepage of our website that you DO NOT need a Myssa account to apply for benefits. However, If you do have A MYSSA account I think it would be helpful to also have a link in the Myssa account to go directly to the Retirement , DIB , application .

The wording should read "file the request" rather than "file the file". The other issue is pertaining to all dismissals. Please include a Question blank on FORM CMS-40B (04/17), Medicare Part B application, for REQUESTED START DATE for Part B benefits.
