BETTER SERVICE ON OVERPAYMENT ISSUES

I have been dealing for nearly a year on a huge overpayment issue (SSA says I owe over $18,000!). It should not take this long to resolve the issue. Better information needs to be included in the overpayment section of the on-line info about the overpayment status.
